1. Split tissues
  2. Flip back
  3. Hook each foot from inside into each tissue
  4. Make double cross behind you
  5. Put tissue in front of your shoulders
  6. Bend knees
  7. Grab tissues above you
  8. Straighten legs and sit up till you are straight up
  9. Take each tissue from shoulders and pull to each side
  10. Find balance with straight legs
  11. Flip back, keeps legs together
  12. Hold tissues tight
  13. Flip forward
