- Split tissues
- Flip back
- Hook each foot from inside into each tissue
- Make double cross behind you
- Put tissue in front of your shoulders
- Bend knees
- Grab tissues above you
- Straighten legs and sit up till you are straight up
- Take each tissue from shoulders and pull to each side
- Find balance with straight legs
- Flip back, keeps legs together
- Hold tissues tight
- Flip forward
