1. Make 1 knot in the right tissue
  2. Grab the free left tissue with the right hand from behind
  3. Wrap it around your waist, belly and release it on the left side
  4. Grab the free tissue on the left with your left hand
  5. Pull the tissue over you and between the pole to the right side
  6. Take the free tissue with your left hand and bring it to left
  7. Make a foot knot with your left foot
  8. Straighten your legs bring your feet together
  9. Now release your upper body slowly down till you find a plank position, or continue into a back bend
  10. Balance carefully with the tissues below your waist and keep good body tension
