- Make 1 knot in both tissues
- Split the tissues
- Put your free knee through the tissues
- Grab each tissue at the top height of your hip
- Bring your free leg to the front stretched and pointed
- Stretch your leg in the tissue and hold it
- Flip half back, keep your free leg strechted and pointed
- Make a split
- Stretch your arms, point the feet, bend your back, look to the ground
