1. Make 1 knot in both tissues
  2. Split the tissues
  3. Put your free knee through the tissues
  4. Grab each tissue at the top height of your hip
  5. Bring your free leg to the front stretched and pointed
  6. Stretch your leg in the tissue and hold it
  7. Flip half back, keep your free leg strechted and pointed
  8. Make a split
  9. Stretch your arms, point the feet, bend your back, look to the ground
