- Climb at least 2 meters
- Half back flip - legs crochet
- 1 cross on your back
- Take each loose tissues and grab to each pole while holding the tissues
- Half front flip
- Wrap each tissue about each leg
- Half back flip with straddle, clutch the tissue tight while flip; if your grip slips, you will not drop
- Release your hands from the tissues and drop vertically down, keep body tension and your straddle
- (Attention: Mind the distance between your head the the ground, to keep your neck whole)
